The 91Ï㽶¶ÌÊÓƵ is transitioning to the Ion Wave electronic bidding system. This system is designed to streamline the competitive process for both UM Procurement and the supplier community.

The University reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids. The University System reserves the right to post or not post any or all bids to this site.

Suppliers can register at any time and will begin receiving notifications when a solicitation is issued that matches your chosen supplier categories. Suppliers must register to submit bid responses. There are no fees associated with the use of the UM System Bid site. Bid responses will ONLY be accepted via the UM System Bid site. Please allow adequate time to review and submit your response prior to the deadline.
